How do I order a custom T-shirt or hoodie?
Choose your garment, upload your logo and drag it into place in TNT’s live designer. Select the offered colours, enter your sizes and quantities, and approve the preview before ordering. Free setup is included, and individual custom apparel has no minimums.
Will I see my design before ordering?
Yes—you can see your design on the garment in TNT’s drag-and-drop live preview. Check the selected garment, colour, print placement and size breakdown before approving your design and placing the order. You approve your own design online; a printed proof is not included.
How long does custom apparel take?
Custom apparel and bundles are processed, printed and shipped or ready for pickup in 3–5 business days. That window does not include shipping transit time. If you have an event date, contact us before ordering so we can discuss the timing.
Can my bundle mix garment colours and sizes?
Yes—bundles let your crew mix the offered colours and sizes under one logo, subject to the selected bundle’s options. The 12-tee TNT Premium bundle is black only, with a full-front DTF print. Check each bundle’s garments, quantities and included print locations before ordering.
Is there a minimum order?
TNT Print House has no minimums for DTF transfers or individual custom apparel. You can order one custom T-shirt or hoodie. Bundles have their own listed quantities, including the 24-cap embroidered bundle.
How do I collect sizes for a team order?
Ask each person for their garment style, colour, size and quantity, then total the answers by style and colour. Use the size guide for that exact garment and compare it with a garment they already like wearing. Enter the final breakdown in the designer and check that the quantities match your chosen bundle.
Do bigger sizes or extra print locations cost more?
Yes—small add-ons apply to 2XL+ sizes and extra print locations. Your chosen product or bundle shows the included decoration and available options. Check the final total after selecting sizes and placements.
Can I order embroidered hats instead of printed hats?
Yes—the 24-cap Yupoong bundle includes front-panel embroidery, with Classic Trucker or Classic 2-Tone Trucker choices. The Start-Up and Blue Collar kits include DTF-printed caps, with a choice of Retro Foam Trucker or True North Twill. Check the decoration listed for the product you choose, because printed and embroidered options are different.
Can I order custom hi-vis workwear?
Yes—TNT Print House offers CX2 hi-vis garments that you can customise with your logo. Choose the exact style and check its supplier specifications against your job’s requirements before ordering. Ask us about logo placement on your selected garment; a hi-vis category label alone does not establish suitability for every job.
Do you ship across Canada, and is shipping free?
TNT Print House ships across Canada, with free shipping over $300. DTF transfers are ready for pickup or shipped within 24–48 hours; custom apparel and bundles are processed, printed and shipped or ready for pickup in 3–5 business days. Shipping transit time is additional.
